Established in 1988 by the Kefalos brothers, Nick and Chris, Kefalos and Associates has grown from just a single condo to over 900 units & 9 condominiums. Kefalos & Associates Real Estate has proven experience in managing apartments, townhouses, single-family homes and condominiums in and around the Pittsburgh area.

In addition to being successful property managers, our employees have experience as buyer’s agents, seller’s agents and specialize in first time home buying. The office manager, Nick Kefalos, is a licensed real estate broker with unmatched experience in the entire East End area, including Edgewood, Regent Square, Wilkinsburg, Shadyside, Point Breeze, Squirrel Hill, and Oakland.

Nick Kefalos
Nick Kefalos founded the company with his brother, Chris Kefalos, in 1988. Since then, Nick has been an active member of the Edgewood community. He is an avid runner and spends his free time with his grandchildren and family.
Jeff Stanley
Born and raised on the East side of Pittsburgh, Jeff has a true dedication to making the perfect home match. He’s a family man that understands the importance of a family’s home investment. Jeff’s strong sense of real estate value allows him to make exceptional use of YOUR time.
Christina Kefalos Stanley
Christina has had her real estate license since 2016. She has strong passion for Sales and Marketing after working for Marriott Hotels for 16 years. She spent her last 3 years at Marriott as the Director of Sales. She is committed to growing the Kefalos & Associates brand.
Christina is married to Jeff Stanley and together they have a daughter named Charley. Christina lives with her family in Forest Hills. While not working, she enjoys cleaning, going to the Forest Hills pool, and playing tennis with Charley.
Corey Drexler
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Corey is very knowledgeable of the city and its sub-markets. This makes Corey the perfect advisor to introduce someone to a new neighborhood, or get information on new developments and investing opportunities in other markets. Corey is aware that buying or selling property is one of the most important days in someone’s life, which makes him extremely focused on keeping all of his clients satisfied throughout the entire process!
Corey is very dedicated to his family and friends. He grew up playing ice hockey, soccer, baseball and tennis, at times year-round and competing in tournaments in Pennsylvania and Florida. His future plans include growing a rental property portfolio and achieving financial independence for himself and his future family.
Jodi Drexler
Jodi is a proud boy mom. In her free time, she loves trying new restaurants and wineries with her husband, practicing meditation and yoga and finding the best travel deals.
Linda Fleming
Linda, a licensed Associate Broker with our office, has been a licensed real estate agent for almost ten years. With a background in social services she is dedicated to assisting people whether she’s helping property owners or tenants. She has a true understanding of management and what goes on behind the scenes. Linda and her husband live nearby in the neighborhood of Swisshelm Park.
Konstantine Haritos
Haoxuan (Hao) Huang
Drawing from his background in Industrial Engineering, Haoxuan brings a unique perspective to real estate, armed with analytical prowess and strong problem-solving skills. As an immigrant himself, he intimately understands the challenges that come with settling in a new city. This personal experience has fostered sincerity and empathy in his approach, guiding clients through the process of finding their ideal homes in Pittsburgh with a commitment to achieving 100 percent client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Haoxuan finds joy in reading books, spending time with his three cats, engaging in tennis matches, and playing 8-ball.

Karen McKee
Outside of the office, Karen loves spending time with friends and family, her sons and 4 cats. She and her wife, An, often enjoy dinner-and-movie dates. Karen grew up in Edgewood and is thrilled that they moved back into the area.
Jamie Miller
Too many, she is Mimi – boy Mom of two super star athletes, Mason and Max. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging at the Forest Hills pool with friends and family, cheering on her sons at the baseball field and sometimes you can find her sipping on a cold icy Miller Lite at the Roman Bistro.
