Established in 1988 by the Kefalos brothers, Nick and Chris, Kefalos and Associates has grown from just a single condo to over 900 units & 9 condominiums. Kefalos & Associates Real Estate has proven experience in managing apartments, townhouses, single-family homes and condominiums in and around the Pittsburgh area.

In addition to being successful property managers, our employees have experience as buyer’s agents, seller’s agents and specialize in first time home buying. The office manager, Nick Kefalos, is a licensed real estate broker with unmatched experience in the entire East End area, including Edgewood, Regent Square, Wilkinsburg, Shadyside, Point Breeze, Squirrel Hill, and Oakland.

Nick Kefalos founded the company with his brother, Chris Kefalos, in 1988. Since then, Nick has been an active member of the Edgewood community. He is an avid runner and spends his free time with his grandchildren and family.
Jeff Stanley
Born and raised on the East Side of Pittsburgh, Jeff has a true passion for helping others find their perfect home. Christina Kefalos Stanley
Christina has been a licensed real estate professional since 2016, bringing a strong passion for sales and marketing to the industry after a successful 16-year career with Marriott Hotels. During her time at Marriott, she spent her last three years as the Director of Sales, honing her skills in building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Christina is now dedicated to growing the Kefalos & Associates brand with that same enthusiasm and expertise.
Christina lives in Forest Hills with her husband, Jeff Stanley, and their daughter, Charley. Outside of work, she enjoys cleaning, spending time at the Forest Hills pool, and playing tennis with Charley.
Corey Drexler
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Corey has an in-depth knowledge of the city and its diverse sub-markets. Whether introducing someone to a new neighborhood, sharing insights on new developments, or exploring investment opportunities, Corey is the perfect advisor. He understands that buying or selling property is one of the most significant moments in a person’s life, and he’s committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every client.
Corey is a proud girl dad, deeply devoted to his daughter, fiancée, family, and friends. An avid athlete, he grew up playing ice hockey, soccer, baseball, and tennis — often competing in tournaments across Pennsylvania and Florida. Looking ahead, Corey is focused on growing his rental property portfolio and achieving financial independence for himself and his beautiful family.
Jodi Drexler
Jodi understands that buying or selling a home is a deeply personal experience. Linda Fleming
Linda is a licensed Associate Broker with over ten years of experience in real estate. Her expertise extends beyond transactions, as she has a true understanding of property management and the work that goes on behind the scenes.

Konstantine Haritos
A lifelong Pittsburgh resident, Konstantine has had the unique experience of living in and exploring many of the city’s diverse neighborhoods — from the East Side to the heart of Pittsburgh and its surrounding areas. This deep connection to the city gives him invaluable insight into what makes Pittsburgh such a special place to call home.
As a first-time homebuyer specialist, Konstantine is dedicated to guiding clients through one of life’s most exciting — yet often overwhelming — experiences: buying a home. Haoxuan (Hao) Huang
Originally from the charming mountain city of Chongqing in southwest China, Haoxuan moved to Pittsburgh to pursue his studies and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Industrial Engineering. His entry into real estate is fueled by a genuine passion for helping others and a deep understanding of how renting, buying, or selling a home can significantly impact people’s lives.
Drawing on his engineering background, Haoxuan brings a unique perspective to real estate, offering analytical skills and a strong problem-solving mindset. As an immigrant himself, he understands the challenges of settling in a new city, which shapes his empathetic and sincere approach. Eric Knolle
A lifelong resident of the Edgewood area, Eric Knolle has been licensed in real estate for over 25 years. His extensive experience spans across all aspects of homeownership, home renovation, and property management, making him a well-rounded expert in the field.
Eric is a dedicated family man, living with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys going on fishing trips, making the most of his downtime with nature.
Karen McKee
Karen is the KARE assistant extraordinaire, bringing over 22 years of customer support experience with Verizon Fios. Her welcoming spirit, strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational skills make her a key part of the team’s daily success. Karen’s ability to provide top-notch communication and support has already made her an invaluable asset to the KARE team.
Outside of the office, Karen enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, her sons, and four cats. She and her wife, An, love dinner-and-movie dates. Having grown up in Edgewood, Karen is thrilled to have moved back to the area, where she continues to make lasting memories.
Jamie Miller
Jamie is the KARE office manager with over 15 years of hospitality experience at Marriott. Her serving attitude and commitment to excellence are essential to the smooth operation of the KARE team. With her easygoing demeanor and “do whatever it takes” attitude, Jamie seamlessly fits into our family-run environment.
To many, she’s Mimi — the proud mom of two superstar athletes, Mason and Max. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys relaxing at the Forest Hills pool with friends and family, cheering on her sons at the baseball field, and occasionally sipping on a cold, icy Miller Lite at the Roman Bistro.
